Grandma played such a huge role in my life, and I am so thankful for her presence as I was growing up. She devoted her life to her family, and we all got to bask in her light. She gave us the most important gift - time. There were always freshly-baked cookies or a Dream pie when we came to visit. She always had time to read us a story or play a game of Crazy 8s. She had a great sense of humor, and could pitch a mean Wiffle ball, too. I'm so lucky I had my grandma to play with as a child and to admire as I got older. I'm glad the suffering she felt at the end of her life was stilled and that she is now at peace. She and Grandpap's love will live on in our hearts forever. Love to you both, Grandma and Grandpap!
