Donald McCallum

McCallum, Donald C. (Duck), 67 of Baldwin, formerly of Lincoln Place, passed away Saturday, January 22, 2022, after a long battle with cancer. Son to the late Stanley J. and Marian F. McCallum. Beloved husband of Diane Mead McCallum, loving father of Robert (Alicia) Smith and Nicole (late Michael) Lako; cherished grandfather of Callie, Caden, Violette, Cameron, Francine and Cailynn; brother of Jack (Nancy) O'Connell, the late Edward McCallum, John (Linda) McCallum, and Luanne (Gregory) Lowry. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Longtime member of the Hays Moose Lodge 1436 and the Lincoln Place VFW Post 5132. Duck was an avid outdoorsman and an exceptional athlete with an intense passion for crossword puzzles.  He and his wife enjoyed traveling and exploring. No one who met Duck ever forgot his infectious personality.  He will be missed by many.

Mass and visitation will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday January 28, 2022, in Blessed Trinity Parish, Holy Angels Church Worship Site 408 Baldwin Road, Hays, PA  15207.  In lieu of flowers, please help honor Duck’s late son-in-law by making a donation to the ALS Association, Western PA Chapter, 416 Lincoln Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15209 or www.cure4als.org.
