Andrew J. Mattiko, Jr.

On June 21, 2024, Andrew Mattiko passed away surrounded by his loving family. He was born in West Mifflin; the son of the late Andrew and Barbara (Jusko) Mattiko, Sr. Beloved husband, for 61 years, to Ruth Ann (Anlauf) Mattiko. Cherished father of Kathleen (Mark) Nemcek, Daniel Mattiko, and Carolyn (David) Vavro. Loving grandfather of Kristina (Alex) Martel, Renee (Jason) Bellak, and Andrew Vavro. Special great-grandfather of Atticus, Leo, and Benjamin. Andrew was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia and brothers, Lawrence and Richard. He was a teacher for the Steel Valley School District for 36 years. He enjoyed wood carving, golf, reading, listening to classical music, but spending time with his family was the most important thing.
