Anita Marie Brown

Anita Marie Brown, age 63, passed away on March 31, 2023, in Washington, PA. Born in Pittsburgh; Anita is pre-deceased by her loving mother, Marjorie Mann. Anita leaves behind daughters, Beth Anne Brown (Jim Ochsenbein) and Lesley Brown, along with a grandson, Stephen Brown, who will miss his Maw Maw dearly.

Anita was a loyal secretary for the non-profit Bridge to Independent and also enjoyed giving her time as an usher for the Carnegie Library of Homestead. Anita was a devoted parishioner of the Homestead United Presbyterian in which she faithfully served. 
Anita truly embodied a life well lived and will be missed by all who knew her.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, April 7, 2023, from 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main Street, Munhall, 15120 (412)4616394), where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Keith Kaufold officiating. A procession to Anita's final resting place in Homestead Cemetery is to follow the service.
