Anne Mulheran

On November 1, 2017, Anne Davies Mulheran, age 91, of Munhall, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.

Anne was born in Ironton, Ohio the daughter of John and Edith (Carlson) Davies and graduated from Lisbon High School. She attended Westminster College. Anne married Michael Mulheran in 1948 and was preceded in death by her beloved husband Michael and brothers David and Thomas Davies. Anne was a very caring, loving and supportive mother who spent a large part of her life devoted to caring for her six children and nine grandchildren. She entered the workforce to support her children when she became a widow at a young age and was an employee of the PA Dept. of Environmental Resources. Anne had a deep love for the arts and was a talented watercolor painter and member of the "Monday Painters", McMurray Art League. She loved traveling, sewing, gardening, and playing cards with the "Club Ladies" in Munhall for 50 years.

Loving mother of the late Alice (husband Tony survives) Novosel, John (Kathy) Mulheran, Kathleen (Ronald) King, Clare (Gary) Torso, Michael Mulheran, Susan (Donald) Gruber;

Cherished grandmother of Emily Mulheran, Kayla Frances Mulheran, Ellen (James) Richey, Jessica (Bjorn) King-Kafsack, Justin King, Lauren (Steve) Orkis, Kathleen Torso, Michael Gruber and great granddaughter Penelope King-Kafsack.

Also, survived by loving cousins, nephews and nieces.

Friends received on Sunday from 12 - 3 and 6 - 8 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main St., Munhall, 15120 (412-461-6394).  Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday at 12 PM in St Therese R.C. Church, Munhall.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
