Cynthia Armbruster

Cynthia June Armbruster (Barnes), age 67, of West Mifflin passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at her residence.

She was born in McKeesport; the daughter of the late June (Kampman) and Thomas X. Barnes Jr.

Beloved wife of John M. Armbruster; Cherished sister of Thomas X. Barnes, III and his wife Karen; Special aunt of Thomas X. Barnes, IV, his wife Elizabeth, and their children Lana and Tommy Barnes, V.

Dear sister-in-law of Charles, Deborah, Roberta, Edward and James Armbruster; loving aunt of Lori, Stephanie and Dana; and great-aunt of Jeremy, Myles, Leila, Jayden and Christian.

Cindy had a very compassionate and a nurturing heart, which showed in her love of animals. She also enjoyed gardening and her pond at home. She loved spending time with her family and friends.

She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Friends and family will be received on Friday, July 29, 2022 from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main Street, Munhall PA 15120 where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 11 AM with Pastor David Jones officiating. Entombment will follow at Jefferson Memorial Park.
