Darleen S. Kostelnik

Darleen S. Kostelnik passed away on April 23, 2024.  She was born in Braddock, PA the daughter of the late Edgar and Opal (Miller) Giles.  She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Kostelnik.  Loving mother of Vincent E. (Marianne) Kostelnik.  Cherished grandmother of Jacqueline Bartow, Ashley (Kory) Bassett, Elisa (Aslan) Stuver and Alexa Kostelnik.  Special great-grandmother of Boden, Lucas, Lydia and Finley.  Sister of Donald (Patty) Giles and the late Ronald (Shirley) Giles.  Also many nieces and nephews.  Darleen was a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church in West Mifflin where she taught Sunday School, belonged to the Prayer Shawl Ministry and was a member of the church Pre School Board.  Family and friends received on  Friday, April 26, 2024 at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc. from 10am till time of the service at 12 noon.  Service will be officiated by Pastor Dennis Moriarty.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Darleen's name to Calvary Baptist Church, 120 Anborn Drive, West Mifflin, PA  15122.  Please share your memories and condolences at georgeigreenfuneralhome.com
