David C. Allan 79 of Hays on April 8, 2018. Beloved husband of  Evelyn D. (Durkota), loving father of William D. (Theresa) of Munhall,  and Daniel M. (Michelle) of Canonsburg, cherished grandfather of Justin (Shannon), Corey (Chelsea), Calista and Briann. Son of the late William and Anna (Link) Allan. Dave was a United States Navy veteran and a member of Homestead Sportsman’s Club.
