Debra A. Bissell

Debra Bissell went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 1, 2023.  She was born in Beaver Falls the daughter of  Shirley (Sninsky) and the late Harold Bissell.  Cherished sister of Cindy Bissell-Kemmerling, Larry (Lori) Bissell, Gary (Sue) Bissell and Keith Bissell.  Also many nieces and nephews.  She will also be missed by the people at Community Options, especially her caseworker Rose.  Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 from 11AM till time of Memorial Servcie at 1:00 PM with Pastor Chuck Jack officiating.  Please share your memories and condolences at georgeigreenfuneralhome.com
