Dolores M. Berta

Dolores Marie Berta, 91, of Crofton Maryland (formerly of West Homestead, PA passed away on March 1, 2022. A daughter of the late Paul and Marie (Thomka) Benny. Beloved wife of the late Michael John Berta. Loving mother of Michele Stock (Ronnie), Pamela (William) Etherington, and Michael (Rita) Berta. Devoted grandmother to Mika Stock, Samantha (Randy) Kraus, Nicole (Casey) Visco, Gary Stock, Alexander (Sarah) Etherington, Shelby Stock and Sophia Berta. Great grandmother to Isabella, Brody, Carter, Harley, Vincent and Anthony.

Dolores was a passionate cook and when she wasn’t filling her home with warmth and kindness, she could be found in her kitchen preparing one of her many wonderful dinners. She enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles. Dolores was an avid dog lover. She enjoyed spending time with family and was a wonderful caregiver. Only love can describe what she brought to each person in her own special way. We will miss her greatly.

Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 from
11:00 AM until the time of the Blessing Service at 3:00 PM in the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main Street, Munhall PA 15120.

Memorial Contributions can be made in Dolores’s memory to St. Jude Hospital or the Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh.
