Dolores Rende

Dolores R. "Dolly" Rende, 94, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2026.

Born on November 22, 1931, Dolly was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose greatest joy was spending time with those she loved most. Dolly shared a beautiful marriage of 50 years with her beloved husband, Francis J. "Fran" Rende, who preceded her in death. Together they built a home filled with love, laughter, and cherished family traditions that will continue for generations.

Dolly was also preceded in death by her parents Frank and Stella Guszynski; and her only brother, Raymond "Haley" Guszynski.

She leaves behind loving family members who will forever treasure her memory: survived by her children, Cheryl Hannan; Marlene (Dennis) Regan; Frank (Donna) Rende; and John (Debbie) Rende.

She was the proud and devoted "Grandma Dolly" of Beth Ann Cassidy-Dowd and her husband, Jimmy; Ryan Cassidy and his wife Amy; Erik Hannan; Christine Gibson; Mark Hannan; Jennifer (Nick) Musolin; Johnny Rende; Nina (Hayden) Edmunds; Frankie (Kelly) Rende; and Dino Rende.

Dolly was also blessed with great-grandchildren who brought endless joy to her life: Blake Cassidy and Cassidy Dowd; Cece and Indy Cassidy; Dominic Gibson; Olivia and Adriana Musolin; and Adelina Edmunds.

Dolly will be remembered for her kindness, unwavering strength, and generous spirit. She found happiness in the simple blessings of life, especially spending time with family, celebrating milestones, and creating lasting memories.

Dolly's presence will be deeply missed, her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know and love her.

May she rest in eternal peace and forever held in God's loving embrace.

In accordance with Dolly's wishes, funeral services and burial will be private and handled by the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., in Munhall. The family appreciates the love, prayers, and support during this difficult time as they honor and celebrate her life.
