Donald Dreistadt

On Monday, August 27, 2018, 85, of Hays, PA. Loving husband of the late Alberta Dreistadt; father of Deborah Malter, Dennis (Jean), David (Reina) Dreistadt; grandfather of Rachel (Chuck) Jae, Jason (Lyssa Glaze) Dreistadt, the late Joshua Malter, Amanda (Justin) Baker, Shane (Ashley) Dreistadt, and Nikki Dreistadt; great-grandfather of 8, son of the late Frank and Clara Dreistadt; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Donald was a decorated Korean War Combat Veteran. He was very proud of his service. He worked in the building trades as a Millwright for over 40 years at Dreistadt Construction. He was an avid outdoorsman and a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose 1436 and the Willock Italian Club. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Family and friends will be received Thursday 2-4 P.M. & 7-9 P.M. at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, 3511 Main Street, 412-461-6394, where a Funeral Service will be held Friday at 11 A.M.
