Donald Link, Sr.

On Nov. 29, 2014, age 83 of North Versailles, formerly of Whitaker;

Don was born in Whitaker the son of the late Isaac and Violet (McCoy) Link;

He was a retired steelworker for U.S. Steel Homestead Works, 100 inch Slab and Plate, a former employee of K & E Automotive in West Homestead, a Pilgrim Life Member of the Loyal Order of Moose, and a member of the TRAA.

Beloved husband of Angeline (Grasso) Link;

Cherished father of Donald C., Jr., Cynthia Sharik, Tina, Louise and the late Daniel Link.

Brother of Sandra Baptie;

Grandfather of 14 grandchildren, 14 great – grandchildren, and 2 great – great – grandchildren;

Friends received Wednesday from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main St. Munhall, 15120 (412-461-6394). Funeral services will be on Thursday at 10 AM in Whitaker United Methodist Church.
