Dorothy Donato

On March 19, 2015, Dorothy Rita (Uhrinyak) Donato, age 75, of Munhall passed peacefully in her sleep to start her journey to be with her Lord.  Beloved wife for 52 years to Nicholas Sr., loving mother to Nick Jr. of Munhall and Marilyn (Scott) Scaff of Plano, TX.  Cherished grandma to Dylan and Mason Scaff.  Sister to the late Marilyn Keselich.  Dorothy took great pride in creating a beautiful flower garden every Spring. She had a special place in her heart for all animals, and enjoyed celebrating Christmas in Texas every year with her family.  She was a keypunch operator for Westinghouse Electric and in later years she worked for the Steel Valley School District in the cafeteria.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Animal Rescue League Shelter & Wildlife Center, 6620 Hamilton Ave. Pgh Pa. 15206 Attn: Donations, or Animal Friends of Pittsburgh, 562 Camphorn Road Pgh, Pa. 15237 Attn: Tributes.
