Edward R. Givens

Edward Richard Givens of Munhall passed away on April 13,2024 at the age of 92 on his Birthday. He was the beloved husband to Fay Audrey (Martin) Givens who was the love of his life. Loving & cherished father to Kris (Givens) Rose & grandfather to his pride & joys Julianna, Mikayla & Ava Rose. A caring Uncle to many nieces & nephews whom he loved very much. Ed started his career in Munhall as a letter carrier with the USPS & worked his way up the ranks where he served as Post Master before retiring. He was a veteran of the US Air Force where he served in the Philippines during the Korean War. Ed was a volunteer at the #4 fire dept in Munhall. Lifelong member of TRAA & Masonic OMNI Lodge #509 F&AM. He was an avid reader, loved to bowl & sit on the deck in the sun, but most of all he loved watching the Steelers play. We will all miss his beautiful presence & his unconditional love he never failed to shower us with. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to #4 Firehall in Munhall.
