On April 26, 2014, age 92 of Munhall;

Ed was a retired machinist for Whitaker Metal, a U. S. Navy Veteran serving in WWII and a faithful member of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church in Homestead;

Beloved husband of Catherine (Kremposky) Popovich;

Cherished father of John E. (Cathy) Popovich, MD

Loving grandfather of Cory Lynn and John Michael;

Friends received Friday from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main Street, Munhall, 15120 (412-461-6394).  Panachida Service will be Friday at 7:00 PM and the Funeral Service will be on Saturday at 10 AM with the Very Rev. R. Michael Zak officiating.  (Both services will be held at the funeral home)  Interment with Military Honors will be in St. Nicholas Orthodox Cemetery.
