Elaine H. Lally

Elaine H. Lally went home to dwell in the house of the Lord forever on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at the age of 93. Born in Monnessen, PA on March 8, 1930 to parents, the late Michael and Susan (Karas) Selcan, she is preceded in death by her late husband, the beloved Thomas R. Lally four siblings: brothers Michael & John Selcan; sisters Susan Kraynek & Margaret Daniels, and dear friend Henry Malesky.   Cherished mother of Karen (Chet) Krcil; matriarch to 3 wonderful grandchildren: Michael (Rachel) Krcil, David (Tiffany) Krcil, and Jennifer (Brent) Cottrill; and 4 great-grandchildren: Ayden, Evan, Jayna, & Jordan and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Elaine was no stranger to a fun time; she loved to bowl, square dance, and spend time on the casino slot machines whether it be in Atlantic City or Las Vegas. She loved bingo and Yahtzee!, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, February 4, from 12-5 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main Street, Munhall 15120, ((412)461-6394). A Funeral Service is to be held the following morning, Monday, February 5, at 11 AM, at St. John Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church, 225 E 10^th Ave, Homestead, with Pastor Scott Bryte officiating.
