Eleanor Verna

Eleanor D. (Kubancsek) Singer-Verna on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, age 92 years of Munhall. Born in Munhall; a daughter of the late Mary L. (Ferer) and Gilbert G. Kubancsek. Beloved wife of the late Robert E. Singer and the late Daniel A. Verna, Jr.; Loving mother of Colleen (Frank) West of Frederick, MD, Judy A. (Doug) Coles of Dravosburg, and Bobbi Jean Singer of Dravosburg; Cherished grandmother of Jaci (Tim) Lovas, Jeni Coles, Marc (Tammy) West and Michael (Megan) West;  Great-grandmother of Ashley, Gavin, Marc, and Cadilyn.  Dear sister of Lillian Krescanko, and the late  Gilbert G. Kubancsek, Kenneth C. Kubancsek, Irene Vargo, Violet Mae Evanov, and Eugene G. Kubancsek.

Eleanor was longtime member of Holy Angels Church in Hays.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 from 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc. 3511 Main Street, Munhall ( 412-461-6394 ). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 2 at 10:30 AM in Blessed Holy Trinity Parish, Holy Angels Church worship site in Hays.
