Elizabeth Novack

Elizabeth was born on Dec. 11, 1918 and passed away on Feb. 22, 2015;

Elizabeth grew up in Swissvale, PA but resided most of her adult life in West Mifflin, PA where she was active in local politics and Girl Scouts.

She was extremely proud of her Irish Heritage;

She was a longtime member of Resurrection Church and belonged to the Marian Guild and the church bowling league;

The “love of her life” was her late husband Rudolph “Rudy” Novack, Sr.

Beloved mother of Mary Ann (Robert) Thomas, Thomas Novack, Erin O’Brian and the late Rudolph  Novack, Jr;

Cherished grandmother of Anna Novack, Robert Thomas, Jr., Bryan Thomas, Eric Thomas, Virginia Novack, Alexander Novack, and Christina Neer;

Special Great Grandmother of 9 great grandchildren;

The family would like to thank the staff of Eldercrest Nursing Home for their excellent and compassionate care;

Friends received on Wednesday from 2 – 4 & 6 – 9 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main St. Munhall, 15120 (41-461-6394).  Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday at 10 AM in Resurrection Church, West Mifflin.
