Eric H. Van Horn

Eric H. Van Horn, age 77, of Munhall, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, March 2. Born in Akron, Ohio on June 18, 1947, to the late  Irving H. Van Horn, Jr. and Evelyn V. (Reeves) Van Horn. Eric leaves behind a loving wife, Mary Ann (Voytko) and doting daughter, Hannah (Dom) Garcia, along with a grandson, Nathan. He also leaves behind sister, Elisa (Kip) McKenzie. Eric is predeceased by father Irving, mother Evelyln, and sister, Rachael Everett. Eric was beloved as a speclal-needs-student attendent for 1st Student Busing. He was quick with a joke and loved to sing silly songs. But, Eric's true talent was finding the beauty in everything, even going so far as making art out of junk.
