Flo was preceded in death by her father, Edmund A. Booth, a proud American World War II 104th Army Infantry Timberwolf combat veteran including 42 years of service at Homestead Steel Works, who instilled in Flo the Pittsburgh spirit valuing hard work, possessing a family-first loyalty, and the full commitment to serve others as a follower of Jesus Christ.
Flo was a graduate of Munhall High School, Class of 1962, and prided herself as a Marching Band Majorette for the Munhall Indians. Flo was also an avid golfer, excellent bowler, and skilled swimmer. She was also the proud recipient of the One Stands Out Award honored by Jefferson Regional Medical Center recognizing her for years of dedication and service to the thousands of patients who were greeted by her sincere compassion, empathy, and kindness as an emergency room and general admissions assistant during her many years of employment.
Flo was the beloved wife of David E. Deramo celebrating 55 years together this past June. David served as Flo’s primary caregiver since her first stroke in December of 2010, providing 24/7 support and devotion serving as a model to all others representing unconditional love and commitment to your spouse.
Sister of late Paul A. (Patricia) Booth, of New Jersey.
Mother of Dawn (David) Lynch, of Pleasant Hills, late Denise Nicole Gaskins, and David (Barbara) Deramo, of South Fayette.

Nothing was more important to Flo than her grandchildren.
