George Pavucsko

George A. Pavucsko, 94, of Munhall passed away on October 9th, 2018. He was born on July 4th, 1924 to the late Helen and Michael Pavucsko. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Ida. He served in the United States Army for 3 years in World War II and was awarded the Purple Heart in 1944. He worked at A&P Bakery and was a custodian at Anne Ashley and Steel Valley High school where he met his wonderful wife. He was a proud member of both St. Therese Lisieux and Anne Ashley. He is survived by his children; Joyce Carter, Sandy (Mark) Cicotello, Kim (Gary) Martin, and Harry Vance, as well as grandchildren Nate (Natalie), Mike (Stacey), Jessica (Brandon), Kate (Phil), Cory (Amy), Kelly (Andy), Joey and Harrison. George was also the proud great-grandfather of Nora, Charlotte, Peyton, Lara, Kendall, Thesius, Jesse, and Adrian. Family and friends will be received at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main Street, Munhall on Friday from 2-4 P.M. & 6-8 P.M.
