George Storer, Sr.

On Wed. Jan. 22, 2014 age 90 of West Mifflin;

George was born in Homestead the son of the late Thomas and Hyacinth (Kinney) Storer;

George was a retired bricklayer for U.S. Steel Homestead Works where he was an active member in the U.S. Steel Chorus and a U.S. Navy WW II Veteran who served on the USS Rigel;

George was the beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (Martin) Storer;

Cherished father of Georgene (the late John) Sterling, George (Linda) Storer, Jr., Dee Storer and Scott (Michele) Storer;

Loving grandfather of John Sterling, Erin Sterling Golec, Brigit Sterling, Daniel Sterling, Meg Storer Arbasak, Mike Storer, Shayne Storer Souleret, Mallory Storer Souleret, Ariel Storer and Andrew Storer;

Special great-grandfather of Chelsea, Jacob, Jack, Joshua, Daniel and Jordan Lee;

Friends received Sunday from 12 – 4 & 6 – 8 P.M. at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main St., Munhall 15120 (412-461-6394) where funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 A.M. with Rev.
