Harry Kennedy

After a 20 year, hard fought battle with Parkinson’s Disease, Harry Calvin Kennedy reluctantly surrendered on September 30, 2018, at the age of 78.

The opportunity to visit has passed. Interment will be at historic Lebanon Presbyterian Church Cemetery, West Mifflin, PA. Burial will be private.

He was formerly employed by US Steel for 19 ½ years, a previous volunteer for West Mifflin Firehall # 4, a member of the American Legion, and for many years coached Youth Softball in West Mifflin. Harry was an alumnus of Penn State University and a proud Nittany Lion fan.

Harry is survived by his dedicated wife of 56 years, Joan. He left behind his devoted daughter Jean Lynn Stefan, his best buddy son-in-law Arthur Paul Stefan, and proud grandson, Vincent Antonio Stefan.

Great friend Ron Zihal, good neighbors the Nagys, and numerous nephews and nieces will miss him and his competitive spirit.

He showed us all what determination is about!
