Helen B. Losa

a loving sister, relative, and friend, went home to her Lord Jesus Christ, Wednesday June 8, 2016.  Age 88  of Memphis, TN ,   formerly of Munhall.   She graduated from Munhall High School in 1945 and completed nursing training in Pittsburgh at St. Margaret’s Memorial Hospital in 1949.  After spending many years nursing in California, Florida, Oklahoma, and Pa, she retired at the age of sixty-two.  a life-long member of Homestead United Presbyterian Church and led a quiet life that complimented her sweet, kind spirit.  She also enjoyed golf and was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan.

Daughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. L.P. Losa, and is survived by her two brothers, Robert "Bob" Losa who lived most of his life in Munhall and John "Jack" Losa with his wife Aggie, all now of Memphis, TN.  She is also survived by three nieces and their husbands, seven great-nephews, one great-niece, two great-great-nieces, and one great-great-nephew on the way.

Helen Losa will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.

The family will receive friends Friday, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc, 3511 Main Street, Munhall, PA (412-461-6394).where a funeral service will take place on Saturday at 10:30 a.m.
