Jack D. Faulkner 80 of Lincoln Place on May 23, 2015. Loving husband of 54 years to Louise J. (Chorey) Faulkner, beloved father of Cynthia A. (Dale) Shirley of Monroeville and Amy L. Faulkner of Lincoln Place, brother of Carol Paternoster and Robert C. (Patricia) Faulkner of Bridgeville, cherished grandfather of Ryan P. Srnik of Monroeville, step grandfather of Deanna Camut, Dana Grimes and Derek Shirley. Jack was a retired captain of the City of Pittsburgh Firefighters, Former Director of Pennsylvania Fire Academy in Lewistown, Pa. and a United States Army veteran. Friends received on Tuesday from 4 to 8 P.M. at George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc. 3511 Main St. Munhall 412-461-6394 where a Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Special Olympics.
