In Loving Memory of Jackie Bazzy
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jackie Bazzy, at the age of 81, on Thursday, July 18, 2024. Jackie was a woman of strong Christian faith, who lived her life with a deep love for her savior, Jesus Christ. She found great comfort knowing she would one day be welcomed into Heaven and experience eternal peace.
Jackie was a caring soul with a creative mind. In her younger years, she was a talented writer and dancer, finding joy and expression in her art. She loved to dance, a passion she carried in her heart throughout her life. Yet, she chose to set aside her creative pursuits to embrace the roles of wife and mother.
Jackie was a devoted daughter to her mother, Elizabeth (Betty) Jolly, providing her with care and companionship with boundless love and dedication. Betty preceded her in death and Jackie looked forward to their reunion in Heaven.
Jackie is survived by her husband, Ernie Bazzy; her children, Jim Bazzy (Tracy), Nicole Bazzy (Steve), and Mike Bazzy; and her grandchildren, Josh and Chris. She also leaves behind her sister, Pat Gleason, and her brother, Mike Jolly. She is preceded in death by her brother, Bill.
Jackie’s family loved her deeply. While our hearts ache with her loss, we find solace knowing she is in a better place surrounded by family and friends and embraced by the love of Jesus. She is now dancing in paradise, free from pain and filled with joy.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM in the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main Street, Munhall 15120. A Blessing Service will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at 11:00 AM with Deacon Ron Demblowski officiating. Interment will follow. Please leave your memories and condolences at www.georgeigreenfuneralhome.com.
May Jackie’s memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved her.
