James H. Noroski

James H. Noroski, age 74, of McKeesport passed away suddenly on September 23, 2022. 
Born in Pittsburgh; a son of the late Kathleen (Kemper) and Joseph Harold "Dink" Noroski. Loving father of Brett Noroski (Mindie) of Florida, Sarah Geissler (Todd) of North Huntingdon, PA, and the late Paul Noroski. Cherished grandfather of Alexis Noroski, Ashley Noroski, Jillian Geissler, and Daphne Geissler; Proud Uncle Bimbi of Donna Noroski, Joseph Noroski (Melissa), and the late James P. Noroski; as well as great-uncle to Brielle Noroski; Dear brother of the late Raymond Noroski. Jim is survived by his extended family, dear friends, and former spouse and mother of his children Sharyn (Redpath) Fleming. 
Jim was a graduate of Munhall High School Class of 1966. He attended the University of Miami, where he received a Bachelors in Education, and later received a Masters in Education from the University of Pittsburgh. He had spent most of his career teaching at the AIU; he genuinely loved working with youth. After his retirement he spent many evenings walking, watching Netflix, and commiserating over the Pitt Panthers and Pittsburgh sports teams. Jim will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from 1 PM - 8 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, 3511 Main Street, Munhall PA 15120 (412.461.6394), where a Blessing Service will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 10 AM. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
