Joan V. (Valeri) Herock 79 of Hays on November 11, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence “Larry”, loving mother of Valerie (Nicholas) Link of Hays and beloved friend of Daniel Mastascusa of West Mifflin. Daughter of the late Patrick “Patsy” and Philomenia “Minnie” (Roth) Valeri. Joan was a beautician and a very talented artist.
