She was a retired nurse for Jefferson Hospital and was a very active member of Holy Angels
Church in Hays;

Jo Ann was born in East Liverpool, OH the daughter of Mike and Mildred (Raich) Selak;

Beloved wife of the late Robert P. Mapleton;

Cherished mother of the late John Flara Jr;

Loving sister of Marsha Stark and David Selak;

Special Teti of Nicholas Selak, Nathan Selak and David Wayne Stark III;

Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday August 19, 2014 at 6:30 P.M. in Holy Angels R.C. Church in Hays. Arrangements entrusted to the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 412-461-6394.
