Brother of James (Elaine) A. Manning of Upper St. Clair and the (Late) Dorothy Graf and Paul M. Manning; Brother-In-Law of Patricia Manning

He was a member of the NRA, the Flagship Niagara, the Greater Pittsburgh Model Aviation Club, and the Telephone Pioneers of America.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.  The family would like to extend a heartfelt gratitude to the staff of LGAR Health and Rehabilitation Center for providing outstanding care to our father in the last year of his life, and to the Bethany Hospice for making the last weeks comfortable and dignified.
