On October 8, 2015, age 74, of Lincoln Place. Beloved husband of Nancy Walker; loving father of Michele (Vince) Balistrieri, Robin (James) Weisser, Guyann (Chris) Bailey, John (Vicki) Walker III and Dawn (Brian) Schempp; cherished Pappy of Vincent (Molly) Balistrieri, Chad, Clayton and Lacy Balistrieri, Dustin (Florence) Weisser, JP Weisser, Chris (Jessica) Bailey, Jr., Tori, John IV, Michael and Logan Walker, Alyssa and Brandon Schempp; brother of Cherie (Craig) Curdie, David and Jeff Walker and the late Wilda (William) Harr. Quality time with his family was first and foremost in his life. His second love was auto racing. He touched a lot of hearts both on and off the track until his final checkered flag was thrown. Friends received on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the GEORGE IRVIN GREEN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3511 Main St., Munhall, 412-461-6394 where a funeral service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m.
