Julius Kondis

On July 27, 2012 age 92 of Munhall.  Son of the late Stephen and Mary (Dargo) Kondis; beloved husband of 66 years to Betty (Furst) Kondis; loving father of Charles (Suzan) Kondis and Marilyn Kondis; cherished grandfather of Jonathan Kondis; preceded in death by grandson David A. Kondis; brother of Anna Thomas and Eugene (Betty) Kondis.  He was a member of the West Mifflin Coin Club and the Pittsburgh Typographical Union #7.  He was an Army Veteran of WWII and a P.O.W.  Friends received on Monday 2-4 7-9 P.M. at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home Inc. 3511 Main St. Munhall 412-461-6394 Funeral Liturgy from St. Elias Byzantine Catholic Church on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Panachida Service will be held on Monday at 7:30 p.m.
