Karen Santiago

It is with great sadness we announce, Karen Santiago passed away peacefully at her residence January 13, 2023. She was born April 14, 1946; daughter of late Michael & Dorothy King. Karen was preceded in death by her beloved son Jeffrey Santiago and sister Evelyn Brown.

Karen is survived by her son, Benjamin Santiago, granddaughter Lacey Kearns, and great-granddaughter Cianna Butera; also many loving cousins and family members. Karen loved her cat Darkness, reading, and watching movies, the steelers, cooking, and caring for her loved ones. Karen was a retired employee of USX Federal Credit Union in the finance department. She was well known and admired for her hardwork and dedication. Her family would like Karen to be remember for the loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend she was to many and for her strong independent spirit and kindness.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 2 - 4 PM & 6 - 8 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120 (412-461-6394).
