Lenny passed away on April 9, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was born in Hays; the son of the late Leonard and Stella (Anastasia) Coppola, Sr. Lenny was madly in love with the love of his life the late Patricia (Sciarretti) Coppola, for over 60 years, who he is now reunited with. He was the loving father of Lenny Coppola III and Wendy (Jason) Veverka. Cherished grandfather of McKenna & Chandler Veverka and Clay & Tyler Coppola, who he loved so much and would do anything for them. He was tickled when his special great-granddaughter Isabella Coppola was born. Brother of the late Theodore and Vincent Coppola.
Lenny was one of the hardest workers we have ever known. Having worked in asphalt his entire life and only retired when he needed to take care of his wife. He was an avid bowler who had seventeen 300 games and five 800 series under his belt. At one point, he bowled 6 days a week and some days he bowled in early morning and late evening leagues all in the same day. He and his late wife bought a cottage 25 years ago, where he loved to go and cut the grass and do all types of projects. He called it his "Working Camp". He loved all their animals and they had many over the years.
