Lorraine P. Mihalcin
March 16, 1937 — October 24, 2023
Lorraine P. Mihalcin (Olup), age 86, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, October 24th, 2023; daughter of the late Chester and Victoria Olup.
She was the beloved wife of the late James Mihalcin. Loving mother of David (Sue) Mihalcin, James Mihalcin, Karen (John) Adamcik, Kevin Mihalcin; Cherished grandmother of Casey & Jenna Mihalcin. Dear sister of the late Dennis Olup (Mary survives). Lorraine is also survived by her dear friends Dale and Joan Diebold.
Lorraine enjoyed bowling, the Rivers casino, shopping and especially trips to Traxx Farms with her family.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, October 30th, 2023 from 2 – 4 PM and 6 – 8 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, 3511 Main Street, Munhall PA (412-461-6394). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Thomas the Apostle Parish at the worship site of St. Maximilian Kolbe Church on Tuesday, October 31st at 10:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Lorraine’s name to Dementia Society of America. https://www.dementiasociety.org/
