Lorraine Jean Szalkay

Lorraine Jean Szalkay (Venego) passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2025.  She was born in Homestead the daughter of the late Albert and Margaret (Seranko) Venego.  She was the beloved wife of Richard J. Szalkay, Jr.  Cherished mother of Darwin Koval and Haley (Martin) Auth.  Loving grandmother of Maci Nova.  Sister of Margie Bertram, Michelle Lindsay, and Fran Wilkinson.  Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Lorraine was a retired billing manager for Everett & Hurite Ophthalmic Association.  Her favorite thing was spending time with her family especially the grandchild Maci Nova.
