Louise Ganassi

Louise Ganassi, age 92 of West Homestead went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 5, 2021. She was born in Homestead, PA; the daughter of the late James S. and Eliza (Kidd) Tester.  Preceded in death by the love of her life Victor Ganassi.  Louise was a retired clerk for U.S. Steel.  She attended church faithfully at Walnut Grove Christian Church and was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan.  In addition to her parents and husband Louise is preceded in death by her siblings Herbert Tester, James Tester, Elizabeth Tester Boyle and Josephine Tester Martini.  Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.  Family and friends received on Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 2 - 4 PM & 6 – 8 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc.  3511 Main St. Munhall 15120 (412-461-6394) where Funeral Service will take place on Friday at 11:00 AM with Pastor William Galus officiating (Interment will be private).  In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Walnut Grove Assembly of God, 44 Adams Ave., West Mifflin, PA 15122.  Please share your memories and condolences at georgeigreenfuneralhome.com.
