Margaret Joan Stevens

Margaret Joan Stevens, age 88 of Pleasant Hills, Formerly of Munhall, passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. Loving mother of Bill (Nanette), Scott (Tina), and Dan (the late Amy) and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Marge was born on April 1st, 1937. She was proceeded in death by her husband William Stevens, parents William and Glenn Houston, and her two sisters Shirley Jones and Jean Theis. She was a graduate of Munhall High School and Homestead Hospital School of Nursing. Marge was a lifelong nurse, a natural care giver with an amazing servant’s heart. She loved to help and care for everyone she encountered. She spent many years dedicated to her nursing career and retired from the Pittsburgh Blood Bank where she had lasting and close friendships. Marge remained very active and loved her family and friends, her boys, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her Pittsburgh Pirates!
