Libby graduated from this life On November 2, 2015. Age 89 of Plano TX for the last 3 years but formerly of Homestead Park, Pa., Monroeville, Pa., and Murrysville, Pa., Beloved wife of the late Ted Smeltzer and Herb Kolbe. Loving mother of David (Victoria) Smeltzer of Sandy, Utah.  Grandmother of Joshua (Claudia) Smeltzer, Adam (Brooke) Smeltzer, Jason (Rattana) Smeltzer, Rachel (Bobby) Welch, Breann and Emily Smeltzer and the late Aaron (Melissa Survives) Smeltzer. Great Grandmother of 6. Sister of the late Helen Evon McDermitt. Libby graduated from Munhall High School in 1944 and was a Secretary for the Gateway School District at  Moss Side Elementary School.  Services will be private.  The family request memorial contributions are made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
