Matthew Gray

Matthew David Gray, age 26, of Baldwin went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 surrounded by the love of his family.

Beloved son of Kristi (Gray) and Matt Reynard and Chris McCoy; loving big brother of Layla McCoy and Alexis McCoy; cherished grandson of Kenna (Pursifull) and Bill Shehand and Darrin Gray; and great-grandson of Rita and Richard Rodgers and the late Johanna Gray; dear nephew of Deanne Gray, Dylan Gray, and the late Kaycee Gray; also survived by the McCoy and Williams Families, great aunts and uncles, and many cousins.

Matthew graduated from Mon Valley School in 2018. Matthew loved to be silly and humorous and especially enjoyed seeing others smile and laugh. He had a passion for music and dancing along with Elmo, game shows, and wrestling with those he held dear. He will be remembered for his patriotic spirit, his love of the American flag, for our military & emergency services and their hallmark lights and sirens; they all held a parade for him just a few weeks ago. He deeply loved his family and loved his mom fiercely.

Kristi and her family would like to thank Matthew's caregivers for the love and care they gave to Matthew and the support and compassion they have shown their family.

Friends and family will be received on Sunday, January 29, 2023 from 1-4 PM & 6-8 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, 3511 Main Street, Munhall PA 15120. A Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday, January 30, 2023 at 11 AM with Pastor Kendall Harris officiating.
