Michael A. “Sam” Davis
Beloved son of the late  Elizabeth and Richard Davis, of Bethel Park formerly of Munhall and Delmont, PA.  passed away peacefully on December 28th age 85.  He was preceded in death by his beloved wife JoAnne Barnes Davis and his son Richard.  Sam served in the U.S.Navy  and a veteran of WWII following graduation from Homestead High School.  Retired from Allegheny County Police Dept, South Park Division where he served with distinction. Member of Elks # 1951 Meyersdale, Pa, American Legion Post #1081, F.O.P. Lodge #91 and Boro’s Twp. Police Assoc.
Preceded by his sisters Margaret McFeeley, Elizabeth Cusack and Anna Mae Brickner. He survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. on Thursday at George Irvin Green Funeral Home 3511 Main St. where a Blessing Service will be held on Friday at 10:00 A.M.
