Nathan Eichorn

Nathan Lee Eichorn, age 46 years, 11 months and 15 days died after a courageous battle of liver cancer on Sunday, September 15, 2013 at the home of Harlan and Esther Kauffman of Burgettstown, PA.

He was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church.

Nate was born in Seoul, Korea on October 1, 1966 and was adopted by Paul and Amanda Eichorn of Paraguay, South America and lived there for 18 years.

Nate has 8 brothers; Philip (Lila), Mark (Priscilla), Enoch (Leanna), Laban (Emma Sue), Kim (Esther), Steve (Castorina), Herman (Delia), Ramon (Claudia), 6 sisters; Ruth (Monroe) Miller, Naomi (Ruben) Benitez, Lois (Mark) Fisher, Esther (Harlan) Kauffman, Sheri (Wes) Yoder, and Faith (Joel) Alarcon.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister.

He leaves many nieces and nephews.

He enjoyed traveling to various countries and was very involved in missions, most recently as a translator for medical teams in Mexico. He also helped with local disaster response teams and felt very fulfilled serving Jesus in this way.

Services will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at 10 AM at Gospel Haven Church, 2871 St. Rt. 241, Millersburg, Ohio 44654. Burial will follow in the Gospel Haven Church Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday 2-4 and 6-8 at Gospel Haven Church 6871 St. Rt. 241 Millersburg. Arrangements are being handled by Smith-Varns Funeral Home at Sugarcreek.
