Patricia (Korzun) Cheslock, age 78 of West Mifflin (formerly of West Homestead), passed away with her daughters by her side on Saturday, May 15, 2021 after battling Multiple Sclerosis for over 20 years. Beloved wife of 46 years to the love of her life, Thomas, who preceded her in death in 2019. Devoted mother of Jennifer Cheslock, Melissa (Robert, Jr.) LaCava, and Karen (Timothy, Jr.) Milko. Adored Grandma of Mason & Layne Milko and Kellen & Alexander LaCava. Patricia is also survived by her grand-kitty, Spencer, many extended family members and dear friends.
Patricia is also preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Rose (Lichtenstein) Korzun and all 4 of her siblings Paul Korzun, Eleanor Balocik, Anthony Korzun and Loretta Marchese.
Patty worked at Pittsburgh Motor Club/AAA until she married Tom in 1974, when she then devoted her life to him, raising their three daughters and caring for her mother (also afflicted with MS). She was actively involved with her daughters' teams with the West Mifflin Girls Softball Association, as well as their school activities at James Lavelle Catholic School and West Mifflin Area High School. Patty enjoyed cooking, baking, crafting and planting flowers in her earlier years, as well as playing bingo, doing word searches, watching the Pittsburgh Penguins and spending time with family and friends. Above all, Patty loved her family and will be dearly missed.
