Richard K. Lowers Sr. 76 of West Mifflin on January 18, 2019 Beloved husband of 47 years to Paulette E. (Horton), loving father of LaRai Ann Lowers of Johnstown, Pa., Sue Maria Scatena of Carrick, Jennifer (David) Parkinson of West Mifflin, Paul Richard (Nicole) Lowers of West Mifflin, Matthew Lowers of West Mifflin and the late Richard K. Lowers Jr., Father in Law of Connie Lowers of New Florence, brother of the late James R. Lowers, cherished grandfather of Jaimee, Gregory, Damian, Clara, Aylissa, Brittany, Brandi, David, Hayley and Paul, great grandfather of Amya, Aubrey and Ariella, also nieces and nephews and many friends.  Richard worked for U S Steel for 20 years, then for U.S. Cargo and Courier for 15 years and a bricklayer.
