A devoted loving husband, father and grandfather passed away on December 22, 2018 at the age 91 of West Mifflin

Beloved husband of 68 years to Alice (Minor);

Loving father of Deborah (Michael) Slepian and Denise (Ronald) Cope;

Cherished grandfather of Wayne (Mia) Bell, Anna Slepian, Peter Maxwell (Cassandra) Slepian and Britt Roth

He was preceded in death by his sons Richard and Russell Roth and grandson Christopher Bell

Veteran of the U.S. Navy during WWII, he retired from U.S. Steel and started his own brick and concrete construction business.  Richard enjoyed telling jokes, gardening, yard work, making people happy and dearly loved his wife. He will be greatly missed.
