Robert Edward Klotz on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, age 62, of Jefferson Hills formerly of West Homestead. Born on June 8, 1958 a son of the late Robert and Philomena (DePaolo) Klotz. Beloved husband just shy of 40 years to Lynn (Pishinsky) Klotz; loving father of Sarah (Collin) Whitsett, Hannah (Carl) Jackson and Beckah (Stuart Russell) Klotz; cherished Pappy of Everett and Avery Jackson; dear brother of Ronald E. (Alissa) Klotz; also survived by his mother-in-law Nancy (Mosser) Pishinsky, a niece and nephews.
Bob was an avid fisherman, often fishing the Shenandoah River. He enjoyed the outdoors whether it be kayaking, hiking, collecting shark teeth on the beach or searching for BigFoot. He was a “handyman extraordinaire”, always working on home projects. He was a talented mechanical designer at MSA for 20+ years, with 5 patents on innovations for fire helmets used across the world. He was a member of The Source Church Pittsburgh. His family was what he enjoyed most of all, especially being Pappy to grandsons Everett and Avery and Dad to his girls.
A private Memorial Service will be held at a future date. Funeral Arrangements are entrusted to George Irvin Green Funeral Home.
