Robert “Bob” Pratt, age 86, left us Sunday, July 28, 2024. Born in Large, Pennsylvania, to his parents, the late Lester and Florence (Sterling) Pratt, on December 29, 1937. He leaves behind 4 daughters: Robin Pratt, Rhea Ann (Holly Jo Sensenich) Pratt, Richelle (Harold) Smith, and Roslyn Pratt; all of whom he shared with his wife and love of his life, the late Judith (Rowell) Pratt. He also leaves behind a sister, Naomi McGinnis; grandchildren William Smith and Lindsey Kephart; and great-grandson, Karson Kephart. Bob will be dearly missed by all.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents, beloved wife, and a brother, Roger Pratt.
Bob was a millwright at U.S. Steel Homestead Works and was a devoted parishioner of St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church. He was also a great hunter, fisherman, and overall outdoorsman with a love for camping. Bob’s family would like to give a special thanks to Paramount Hospice who took such good care of him in his time of need. As for his service, Bob’s final request is for everyone to dress casually at the funeral home for his visitation and in lieu of flowers, consider donating in Bob’s honor to St. Matthew’s Episcopal Food Bank (336 E 10th Ave, Homestead, PA 15120).
