Robert Williams

Born on August 1, 1944, at the age of 71, of Lincoln Place, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, after complications from a stroke, on December 6, 2015.  Beloved husband and best friend of Elsie A. (Watkins) Williams; loving father of Lois J. Williams (Louis Warco) of Plano, TX, Laura L. Hill of Pittsburgh, Pa and the late Robert T. Williams, Jr.(surviving wife Laura); cherished grandfather of Daniel J., Alexa and Kyle Cancelmi, Erika and Courtney Hill, Amanda, Aidan and Annalise Williams; and Pappy to great-grandson Connor Kelly; preceded in death by his parents, Albert E. and Geraldine Williams; brother of William K. (Sharon) Williams of Edmonds, WA and the late Lois Y. Williams and Albert E. Williams, Jr. Bob will be greatly missed by several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Bob was a member of Masonic Lodge #582, Scottish Rite and Clairton Sportsmen's Club, and also a member of the NRA.  Bob was an avid reader and history buff. Bob enjoyed Celtic Thunder and attended every concert here in Pittsburgh for the last several years.  Friends received on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 P.M. at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home Inc. 3511 Main St. Munhall Pa 15120 412-461-6394 where services will be held on Saturday at 11 A.M.
