Roxanne D. “Rocki” “Rox” Caterino
Age 53, of West Homestead, after a courageous battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis, sadly passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Roxanne was the beloved daughter of Sharen M. “Nanny” (Festa) Sacco. Loving wife and best friend of over 35 years to James M. “Jamie” Caterino, Sr. Beloved mother of James M. “Jamie” Jr. (Melissa), Cody A. (Amber) and Austin K. (Bailey Stoken) Caterino. Most loving “Gigi” of Jaxon, Isabella, Carter, Luka, Emma and Baby Caterino, expected in July 2025. Beloved Aunt “Rox” of Corey A. (Kristin Ryan), Joshua E. “Shua” (Maria Michalek) and Dylan L. “D” (Angela Poupakis) Diulus and Brody (Erin Zanetti) Bellante. Great-Aunt Rocki of Aria L. and Gio V. Diulus. Rocki is also survived by her loving sister-in-law Karen S. (Vincent “Vinnie”) Bellante, brother-in-law Bryan A. Coyne, many loving friends, cousins, extended family, and her most beloved puppy, Maddie. Roxanne is preceded in death by her late mother-in-law Judith L. (Caterino) Joyner, fathers-in-law Harry A. “Butch” Caterino, John “Sonny” Joyner, granddaughter Everly Jade Caterino and her dearly missed dogs, Angel and Loco.
Rocki enjoyed hosting holiday dinners, family gatherings, and celebrations of all kinds. Over the years, she was designated as the family photographer and videographer. Rocki made sure that at every family event or get-together, she had her camera rolling, capturing hundreds and hundreds of amazing memories that her family will forever cherish. She enjoyed nothing more than to spend quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Roxanne was consistently and proudly supportive and the first to congratulate a family member or loved one on an accomplishment or milestone; the first to wish someone close to her a “Happy Birthday”, whether through text message or a social media post; and she was without a doubt her husbands, kids, grandkids and anyone that she had loved, biggest fan. Rox will be truly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
